Congratulations on your upcoming event! At the Brow Tine Restaurant and Event Center, the success of your event becomes our priority. Our talented event staff will work with you and/or your wedding coordinator to outline every detail for you, so you can focus on enjoying your special day.

Our event center calendar is filling up quickly, so if you’d like to guarantee your date, you can check our schedule ahead of time to coordinate your event date with our openings.

Decorating & Groom's Dinner

Will I be able to decorate the Hall the day before my event?

We try not to book the banquet hall the day before a private party. However, this is not guaranteed. Check with us about a month prior to your event to see if the hall is still available. Otherwise, a fee of $150 will reserve the Friday before your reception for decorating.

Is there a Room fee for having our Grooms Dinner the night before our Wedding Reception?

If you are having your Wedding Reception with us, there is not a room charge for having the Grooms Dinner with us as well. However, food & beverages must be purchased. If your Wedding Reception is not taking place at Cricket’s, then the normal rental fees apply.

Details & Charges

How big are your tables and how many guests do they seat? Can the Head Table be on the big stage?

We have standard 6′ rectangular tables. They use 52″ x 96″ table linens. We also have 5 round tables. They use 72″ x 72″ table linens. All tables comfortably seat 6 guests. Due to safety reasons, when the Big Stage is used for the Head Table, a maximum of 14 is allowed.

Do we have to pay for Bartenders & Waitresses?

No, all bartenders and waitresses are included in your booking. We staff at least 1-2 bartenders and 2-6 waitresses depending on how many guests are expected.

Can we do a food tasting?

Due to purchasing case qty’s of items its hard to prepare sample tastings. Since it becomes very costly, we normally don’t do a food tasting. However, if you really want one, we can price it out for you. Here is a food tasting example and the cost associated with it:

EX: Pork Roast, Baby Reds, Green Beans, Lettuce Salad, Apple Coleslaw, Dinner Rolls & Coffee Cost= $40 per person (minimum of 2 people)

Kegs & Beverages

How many 16 gal Kegs can we purchase?

The maximum you are allowed to purchase is 1 Keg per 50 guests. (Ex: If you have a guest count of 150, you are allowed to purchase up to 3 Kegs of beer)

Can we bring in our own pop, beer, or wines?

No. Absolutely no outside beverages are allowed. If found, they will be confiscated and the person having them may be asked to leave.

Can we put a Keg on Reserve?

Yes, you can reserve 1 Keg of beer as long as it’s a variety we carry on tap.

Can I get a 1/4 barrel of Rootbeer?

Yes, we sell FrostTop or Sprecter Rootbeer for $132.

How many pitchers of beer are in a 16 gal Keg? How many glasses of pop in a pitcher?

There are approximately 33 pitchers or 175 12 oz glasses. There are approximately 8 – 12 oz glasses w/ice in a 64 oz pitcher.
